The subject of the project is the social and technical revitalisation of the Primary School (palace and park facility) and its surroundings for the needs of social activation. The facility is located at Zawiszy Czarnego 2 street in Warszewice in the Łubianka commune near Toruń.

The design works concerned the renovation of the roof and the development of documentation related to the replacement of the entire roof truss together with the roofing, reconstruction of the historical façade design together with the replacement of the carpentry and the land development around the palace.

In front of the main entrance, the so-called “Circle of Zawisza the Black” was designed, which presents the biography of the knight Zawisza the Black of Garbów. Zawisza the Black was the ancestor of Alfred Zawisza the Black, a participant of the November and January Uprisings, who in 1850 acquired the Warszewice estate and built a palace in the Classicist style.

On October 14, 2022, a ceremonial summary was held to celebrate the revitalisation of the palace in Warszewice in the Łubianka commune based on the design prepared by our studio.
